“I was living in FL at the time of purchase. She was very professional. Cathy helped me with home inspection by visiting my new home that was 1.5 hours away and meeting up with the inspector. She then went back a week later and met with a contractor to asses some issues. Each time she contacted me by zoom call and walked me through every room. At closing she also called me on zoom. Cathy worked with me on every aspect of the purchase including insurance. Cathy answered all my questions and was always very responsive to me texts and phone calls.
